We want you to be 100% stoked with your Giant Loop purchase — and if you’re not, we need
to hear about it, so we can make things right for you. Please see our Limited Lifetime Warranty,

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Giant Loop will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident or exceeding the reasonable expectations.
The recipient of the replacement must pay possible import taxes, customs duties and/or other fees which are applied by the recipient's country once a shipment reaches it's destination.
WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?
Giant Loop provides to the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship if purchased directly from a Giant Loop authorized dealer. This warranty covers defective materials and craftsmanship only, and does not include damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse. Failure to comply with the included instructions for this Product will void the limited lifetime warranty. If defects in the materials or craftsmanship of the Product exist, notify Giant Loop immediately of the defect. Giant Loop will provide for repair or replacement of the Product, after Giant Loop has determined, in our sole discretion, that a defect is present. WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM?

When filling out a warranty claim please make sure that you include images or videos displaying your issue/issues to the best of your ability. Giving us good material will help us making the right decisions and processing your claim faster.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
When we review claims we always require you to add a proof of purchase of some sort. That way we can verify that the product was purchased by you. The proof of purchase could be presented in a few different ways. You could either:
- Give us your Giant Loop order number
- Send us an image of your receipt from a store, website or other retailer of some sort.
- Show us your credit card statement (Only if the product was purchased from us directly)
